What you will do

• Manage the Communities inbox and field client queries to ensure timely support.
• Maintain CRM database integrity and generate analytical reports for meetings and events.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual group meetings, including agendas and materials.
• Assist in the development and updating of marketing and communication materials.
• Support Regional Directors with business development activities and client service line rotations.
• Execute annual client surveys and manage waitlists for community groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses within the first 12 weeks of hire.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

• Intention to pursue investment-related education such as MBA, CFA, or CFP.
