What you will do
- Develop and maintain embedded software for fiber monitoring devices using C/C++ or Rust.
- Design and implement real-time data processing pipelines for sensor data.
- Contribute to overall system architecture and software design decisions.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes to evaluate new technologies.
- Collaborate with hardware, system, and product teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Debug and provide post-release improvements for Infrastructure Monitoring (AIM) products.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional experience in embedded software development using C/C++ or Rust.
- Fundamental understanding of networking systems and protocols.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience with Embedded Linux buildsystems.
- Experience in real-time or sensor data processing.
- Exposure to telecom or network infrastructure systems.
