Salary: €28,920 (Minimum annual base)

What you will do

• Respond to customer support queries regarding hirify.global products.
• Reproduce and debug complex customer issues using reference design boards.
• Present technical findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop test automation and configure remote test setups.
• Resolve technical problems through research and cross-team coordination.
• Manage lab inventory and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a student enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of X86 computer architecture and CPU boot processes.
• Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and PCB board files.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong motivation to work on challenging customer issues using debugging tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with microcontroller or embedded boards.
• Familiarity with software debug tools and hardware measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
• Experience with CAD tools such as Cadence, Mentor, or Zuken.
• Prior HW/SW/FW design experience.
