What you will do

• Design and implement C++ application software for ADAS and active-safety vehicle features.
• Build feature-level logic including state machines, fallback behaviors, and safety-aware decision logic.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to translate model outputs and limitations into vehicle behavior.
• Debug and validate feature performance using logs, simulation, replay, and vehicle testing.
• Define metrics and test strategies to ensure ADAS feature robustness and quality.
• Work cross-functionally with product, systems, and vehicle integration teams to deliver engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Strong C++ software engineering experience in production or safety-relevant systems.
• Hands-on experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, robotics, or vehicle software.
• Practical understanding of vehicle feature development, including real-world testing and debugging.
• Ability to reason about vehicle behavior, sensor inputs, timing, and failure modes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ML, perception, or controls teams.
• Quality mindset with experience writing testable, maintainable software.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS features like AEB, ACC, or lane keeping.
• Familiarity with ML/AI-based autonomy systems.
• Experience with ROS, Linux, Bazel, CMake, Docker, or CAN.
• Experience with HIL/SIL, scenario-based testing, or NCAP-style validation.
