What you will do

• Drive the development and enhancement of Industrial IoT (IIoT) edge and cloud platforms.
• Manage and expand the in-house application marketplace, ensuring seamless integration of digital services.
• Support the global implementation and evolution of the industrial cybersecurity framework for operational technology (OT).
• Utilize AI-enabled development and prompt-driven coding to prototype and optimize data processing and system integration solutions.
• Conduct regular cybersecurity assessments and audits across global manufacturing environments.
• Monitor and safeguard worldwide production networks to identify and respond to security threats.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in IIoT, OT, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing environments.
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage.
• Demonstrated intercultural awareness and experience working in international environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
