hirify.global develops and manufactures logistics solutions, including AutoStore high-speed automatic storage and retrieval systems.

What you will do

  • Identify and develop new AutoStore opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature, including requirements analysis, solution design/layout, simulations and budgeting, offer preparation, and closing.
  • Consult customers on logistics processes and automation potential to ensure optimal solution fit.
  • Collaborate with logistics consultants and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and represent hirify.global in customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
  • Contribute to CZ/SK market development, including strategy, forecasting, and pipeline growth, and support future team expansion.

Requirements

  • Czech/Slovak native speaker with excellent English skills.
  • Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Solid sales and consulting experience in intralogistics, automation, or related fields, with a proven track record in project sales.
  • Experience with solution selling, technical consulting, or automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and IT processes.
  • Willingness to travel.
