What you will do
- Identify and develop new AutoStore opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature, including requirements analysis, solution design/layout, simulations and budgeting, offer preparation, and closing.
- Consult customers on logistics processes and automation potential to ensure optimal solution fit.
- Collaborate with logistics consultants and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and represent in customer meetings, events, and industry forums.
- Contribute to CZ/SK market development, including strategy, forecasting, and pipeline growth, and support future team expansion.
Requirements
- Czech/Slovak native speaker with excellent English skills.
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Solid sales and consulting experience in intralogistics, automation, or related fields, with a proven track record in project sales.
- Experience with solution selling, technical consulting, or automation projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics and IT processes.
- Willingness to travel.
