What you will do

• Receive and process customer requests, preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate requests for quotation with partners and finalize offers for customers.
• Solve non-standard situations beyond the base script.
• Systematize work processes and contribute to the automation of client request assessments.
• Collaborate with technologists and the broader business development team.
• Maintain active communication with international clients and partners.

Requirements

• English: B2 or higher required for business correspondence.
• Russian: Fluent proficiency required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client management.
• IT enthusiast comfortable with cloud-based tools like CRM, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
