Salary: Starting from 17,000 PLN.

What you will do

• Design and build robust batch and real-time data pipelines using Kafka, BigQuery, and Airflow.
• Own data quality by implementing data contracts, quality checks, and observability instrumentation.
• Develop and maintain in-house connectors and third-party integrations for the ingestion estate.
• Contribute to engineering standards, including code reviews, dbt modeling, and CI/CD practices.
• Support feature engineering and model pipelines for Data Science and AI workloads.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Kraków, Poland.
• Proven experience building production-grade data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Composer, GCS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka or equivalent streaming technologies.
• Familiarity with dbt and Medallion architecture patterns.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment with strict data governance.
