HR Data Analyst

TL;DR

HR Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Managing group-wide HR data consistency, reporting, and system integrations with an accent on data validation, migration, and governance. Focus on analyzing complex datasets using SQL, Python, and PowerBI to provide actionable insights for stakeholders across multiple European entities.

Location: Must be based in Poland (Hybrid/Remote options available).

What you will do

• Ensure consistency and quality of group-wide HR data across systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyze large, varied datasets to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and business insights.
• Design and implement data processes, monitoring, and governance solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Controllers, country HR Heads, and technical teams on system migrations.
• Document findings, including data dictionaries, field mapping, and process playbooks.
• Communicate complex data recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1 or higher).
• Experience in at least one system migration project with data responsibility.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Databricks, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations regarding sensitive HR information.
• Ability to align data structures with business context and processes.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with global HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of process mining or data-driven process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or BPM.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards.
