Product Manager (Generative AI)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Generative AI): Drive product vision, roadmaps, and go-to-market for AI-forward legal technology solutions with an accent on generative AI / large language model integration and scaling products for law firms and corporate legal teams. Focus on leading cross-functional delivery, validating customer needs, and using market and performance data to grow revenue.

Location: Toronto, ON (on-site at least three days per week); also possible in London or Nottingham with candidates residing within reasonable commuting distance

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 CAD base (Ontario applicants), plus discretionary annual bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals, including market opportunity identification and roadmap planning.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product development and launches, ensuring clear communication and removing blockers.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from customers and stakeholders and validating product concepts.
• Own go-to-market execution: market research, pricing strategy, sales enablement, positioning, and messaging.
• Use analytics to make data-driven decisions, monitor product performance and market trends, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage product budget and provide executive-level updates, reports, and proposals to gain buy-in.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of bringing products to market and/or driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrable familiarity with generative AI / large language model technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and lead others.
• Ability to manage up with executives to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
