What you will do

• Take ownership of the full accounts payable cycle, including three-way matching and payment runs.
• Handle intercompany billing and maintain accurate documentation for audit and compliance.
• Post journal entries and support balance sheet reconciliations during month-end close.
• Assist with GST reporting, statutory audits, and internal controls.
• Provide support for accounts receivable tasks, including billing and monitoring overdue accounts.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements within the regional finance team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
