What you will do

• Process PO invoices and code non-PO invoices within the ERP system.
• Execute travel and expense management activities.
• Monitor and resolve on-hold invoices to ensure timely clearance.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers via phone and email.
• Update department procedures based on process changes.
• Generate and manage PTP-related reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bucharest, Romania
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or French.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred.
