Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and based in or able to commute to Westminster, CO for a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).

Salary: $102,000 – $149,600 annually.

What you will do

• Design and develop new services and feature improvements for existing systems.
• Lead collaborative design and development efforts within a Scrum team.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Provide architectural advice for cloud-based distributed systems.
• Troubleshoot and remediate operational issues in production environments.
• Participate in Communities of Practice to improve software engineering standards.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex software systems development.
• Expertise with Python and Linux development.
• Experience with REST, JSON, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Experience supporting code within a CI/CD pipeline deployment workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience with Aerospace or Satellite Ground Systems.
• Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Experience with TypeScript (Angular/React) or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks like Pytest or Cucumber.
• Experience with ELK stack or analytical platforms like Jupyter/Matlab.
