What you will do

• Support Salesforce development and administration across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Assist with configuration and testing of Flows, validation rules, and Apex/LWC components.
• Work with large datasets to improve data quality, enrichment, and reporting.
• Support AI-driven initiatives using Salesforce AI capabilities and GPT-based tools.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
• Participate in QA/UAT testing and production support activities.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts (Objects, Fields, Flows, Reports, SOQL).
• Exposure to Salesforce development concepts such as Apex, LWC, or APIs.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and data-driven problem solving.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools.
