What you will do

• Oversee post-trade triage, investigations, and referrals for suspected market abuse.
• Supervise and develop a team of surveillance analysts, managing staffing and training.
• Communicate with internal technical teams, software developers, and external regulatory bodies like the SEC and FINRA.
• Provide expert judgment on real-time trading surveillance and complex market situations.
• Manage projects supporting regulatory policy initiatives and quality assurance methods.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Philadelphia, PA.
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, finance, or data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in regulatory, securities trading, or financial investigations.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and make decisive judgments on significant market events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
