What you will do

• Define and execute technical engagement strategies for top-tier semiconductor design teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders regarding digital implementation and signoff technologies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Application Engineers to foster technical excellence.
• Partner with R&D and Product Engineering to influence tool enhancements based on real-world requirements.
• Drive complex benchmarks, flow optimizations, and deployment of methodologies for Synthesis, P&R, STA, and IR Drop.
• Represent the company at industry forums and deliver keynote presentations.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in IC design implementation and signoff.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical programs and teams.
• Deep expertise in digital design fundamentals and advanced node implementation (3nm and below).
• Strong proficiency in scripting (Tcl, Python, Perl) for design closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
