What you will do

• Produce, shoot, and edit short-form social video content both in-studio and on location.
• Develop, pitch, and produce original, social-first series and stories for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
• Repurpose existing long-form video IP into optimized short-form videos for social audiences.
• Participate in content brainstorming and assist in content calendar planning.
• Manage production logistics and expenses.

Requirements

• Experience in a social-media or digital-production role with a focus on content creation.
• Professional experience and deep expertise with TikTok.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and other Adobe editing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in London, UK to support a hybrid work model (in office Monday-Thursday).

• Experience with motion graphics or illustration.
• Background in creating travel-related content.
