Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Ideate, script, and storyboard engaging lo-fi social content tailored to platform audiences.
• Write sharp, on-brand captions, hooks, and reactive copy that drives engagement.
• Shoot and edit mobile-first content using lightweight production setups.
• Create compelling client presentations to pitch concepts and communicate creative execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, design, and production.
• Manage and mentor small teams of community managers and social creatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating and managing social content with a strong portfolio.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats, communities, and global trends.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience managing direct reports with a focus on team development.
• Strong communication skills for presenting work internally and to clients.
• Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
