What you will do

• Contribute creative ideas for platform-native content across major social channels.
• Coordinate daily management of artist social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing.
• Conduct research on digital trends and social media best practices to inform content strategies.
• Assist with digital housekeeping, including gathering creative assets and managing asset libraries.
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to support artist campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation support.
• Natural understanding of internet culture and passion for short-form video content.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts ecosystems.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage concurrent tasks and outputs.
• Proficiency in basic in-app editing tools and familiarity with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or CapCut.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
