• Develop and sharpen messaging across website help guides, app UX, and customer communications.
• Analyze content performance data to identify gaps and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with customers and energy specialists to gather market insights for content creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a writer or copywriter with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to simplify complex information for a general business audience.
• Practical experience with SEO strategy and performance analysis.
