What you will do
- Develop digital-first creative assets for platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Google, and CTV.
- Create motion graphics, designs, and animations using Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Write high-converting copy for short-form videos and social captions.
- Analyze performance data (CTR, VTR, CPA) to iterate and optimize creative in real time.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Media teams to translate insights into new creative hypotheses.
- Build and maintain modular, adaptive creative systems that can be scaled across campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a creative or content team, either agency-side or in-house.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and motion graphics for rapid social edits.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-led digital creative across video, social, and display.
- Deep understanding of digital storytelling and platform-native content performance principles.
- Must be based in London to support a hybrid working model.
Nice to have
- Experience with creative automation tools like Smartly.io.
- Knowledge of digital content accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with influencer and content-creator collaborations.
- Experience leading small creative pods.
