What you will do

• Develop and execute the site maintenance and reliability strategy.
• Direct maintenance leadership and teams; build capabilities in reliability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance work; drive standard work to improve labor efficiency and resource utilization.
• Manage the site capital budget and lead capital project execution from concept through startup.
• Strengthen Mechanical Integrity and improve preventive/predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and reduce downtime.
• Oversee storeroom operations and material/spare parts inventory; partner with vendors to improve equipment and process reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• 5+ years engineering experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP, including maintenance module, inventory, and procurement functions.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Strong mathematical skills and statistical analysis methodology; excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork.

• Certified Reliability Engineer.
