What you will do
- Review, analyze, and make decisions on Binding P&C risks to ensure underwriting profitability.
- Manage and monitor broker relationships within wholesale channels to drive production.
- Identify exposure and risk using provided submission information and actuarial tools.
- Collaborate with underwriting management on account recommendations and operational procedures.
- Monitor the performance of the assigned book of business and implement corrective actions.
- Promote cross-selling opportunities across various divisions.
Requirements
- US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship provided).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in underwriting binding business.
- Strong knowledge of coverage forms, policy language, and state laws.
- Proficiency in pricing accounts using loss rating and actuarial modeling tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the Central region.
