What you will do

  • Design and implement a scalable end-to-end creative workflow to minimize bottlenecks and maximize asset throughput.
  • Build and manage an AI-first creative stack to exponentially increase production speed for campaigns.
  • Lead the conceptual development of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency from brand awareness to low-funnel ads.
  • Manage and grow a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers, and videographers.
  • Partner with Paid Media teams to analyze performance data and optimize creative assets.
  • Manage the creative budget and roadmap, balancing internal bandwidth with external contractor resources.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with at least 5 years in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building Design Ops or Creative Ops functions.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with familiarity in Asana.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to interpret performance marketing dashboards.
  • Forward-thinking approach to Generative AI tools like Midjourney, Jasper, and ChatGPT.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
