What you will do

• Define and evaluate cybersecurity controls including encryption, access management, and secure coding practices.
• Conduct threat modeling and design reviews to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in embedded systems.
• Collaborate with Compute Platform and Autonomy teams to embed security into the product development lifecycle.
• Liaise with external security vendors and manage third-party security solution integrations.
• Prepare and present cybersecurity evidence to demonstrate product readiness for launch.
• Train internal stakeholders on security best practices and provide expert technical guidance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience with safety-critical, cyber-physical systems (automotive, aerospace, or medical).
• Strong working knowledge of embedded operating systems (Linux, QNX, Autosar) and embedded networking.
• Proficiency in threat modeling and identifying hardware/software security vulnerabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the autonomous vehicle industry, specifically L4 technology.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434, Microsoft SDL, or AVCDL.
