What you will do

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI solutions using advanced models and frameworks.
• Build and optimize AI applications using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Implement machine learning algorithms, software architectures, and scalable AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments at scale.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend approaches to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in data and analytics.
• At least 2 years of hands-on generative AI model development and deployment experience.
• Strong Python or modern programming language skills, with the ability to build robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Experience with generative AI frameworks, RAG, zero-shot learning, few-shot and multi-shot prompting, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Git, Docker, vector databases, cloud AI platforms, Linux, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
