Salary: $23.46–$43.56 per hour

What you will do

• Support day-to-day Tool Room operations including maintenance and repair of tooling.
• Build, modify, and repair jigs, fixtures, stamping dies, and injection molding dies.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment such as lathes, milling machines, saws, and grinders.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
• Apply fundamental shop mathematics including trigonometry, geometry, and GD&T.

Requirements

• Completion of an approved apprenticeship, trade school, or college program in a related field.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in toolmaking or Tool & Die repair.
• Strong technical aptitude and precision.
• Ability to work with a wide range of equipment and measurement tools.

Nice to have

• Welding experience.
• CNC machining experience.
• Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) experience.
