Location: Must be based in Belle Plaine, MN (Onsite)

Salary: $19.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and maintain CNC machines according to SOPs.
• Perform daily safety inspections and operate an overhead crane.
• Read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Use measuring equipment to verify part accuracy before and after machining.
• Load and edit machine programs as required.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with shop teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Belle Plaine, MN.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and procedures.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in machining.
• Post-secondary education in machining.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
