What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite on GTM performance, market opportunities, and risk.
• Lead a company-wide AI-driven transformation of analytics and reporting infrastructure.
• Design and own the GTM performance management framework, including revenue forecasting and marketing attribution.
• Build and lead a world-class team of analysts, data scientists, and BI engineers.
• Drive change management to embed data-driven decision-making across the global organization.
• Establish center-of-excellence practices including data governance and self-service enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or revenue operations, with 5+ years in a VP or senior director role.
• Proven track record in a global B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Deep technical fluency with modern BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience deploying AI/ML-powered forecasting and anomaly detection models in production.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
• Exceptional change management capabilities and executive communication skills.
