Salary: $154,000–$236,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions aligned with prioritized enterprise use cases.
• Implement AI workflows and automations across platforms like Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions using prompt engineering and RAG patterns.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise data sources while ensuring data quality and security.
• Manage operational readiness, including monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization of AI systems.
• Partner with Security and IT teams to ensure compliance with governance and risk requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software, platform, or data engineering.
• Proven experience building and operating production systems in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI concepts including prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise SaaS platforms, and integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of AI-related risks, data security, and model limitations.
• Must be able to work on-site at one of the designated office locations at least three days per week.
