Warranty Technician (Automotive)

What you will do

• Analyze returned warranty parts to confirm failure modes and identify root causes.
• Support problem-solving, corrective actions (8D), and quality improvements.
• Develop and maintain test methods and documentation linked to customer diagnostics.
• Manage warranty units in the database to ensure high data quality and compliance.
• Document and report analysis results clearly to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must already live and work in the Netherlands.
• Must be available for full-time presence on-site in Barneveld.
• MBO education level in electronics, mechatronics, or automotive engineering.
• Proven experience with lab equipment and validation processes (e.g., PPAP).
• Strong English communication skills; willingness to learn Dutch if not already fluent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data handling and reporting.

Nice to have

• Customer communication experience.
• Automotive manufacturing or engineering background.
• Knowledge of quality systems like ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Experience with vehicle-level electronics troubleshooting.
