What you will do

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or manufacturing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Define and implement containment actions to manage non-conforming products and ensure production flow.
• Translate findings into actionable improvements for future product development and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BSc or BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
• High sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work in a team.
• English: Fluent (written and verbal) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Eindhoven.
