What you will do

• Lead quality discussions and act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers.
• Ensure new product introductions (NPI) meet rigorous quality standards from design through production.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable organizational processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses and lead improvement programs to address quality challenges.
• Support product and process design decisions with a focus on long-term reliability.
• Contribute to supplier quality management activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Applied Physics.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in PCBA and digital analysis environments.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools including 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Power BI.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
