What you will do

• Participate in the Global Auditor Academy training and development programme.
• Complete structured learning activities to transition into an Auditor role.
• Develop technical auditing knowledge and professional assessment skills.
• Participate in real-world projects and practical learning assignments.
• Work with experienced auditors, mentors, subject matter experts, and internal teams across global regions.
• Build knowledge of assurance, compliance, and management system requirements while working toward recognized auditor qualifications.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance or HSE within a production environment is preferred.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Fluent Dutch language skills, minimum B2 level.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.
• Interest in a long-term career in auditing and assurance, with a proactive approach to continuous development.
