What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end Salesforce development: solution design, build, testing, and deployment
• Design integrated solution architecture for new CRM use cases
• Co-create and coordinate the Salesforce roadmap
• Define security architecture and data protection within the CRM domain
• Collaborate with business and integration stakeholders to drive integrations and estimate effort

Requirements

• Advanced Apex development experience, including triggers and asynchronous processing
• Expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), including architecture and reactivity
• Strong programming patterns and layered design, plus REST API integration experience
• Platform administration experience across profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, and sharing
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Fluent English; German is a big plus
