Junior Software Engineer

TL;DR

Junior Software Engineer (Go/Rust/TypeScript/Node.js): Contribute to building and refining backend services for video management software across cloud and on-prem solutions with an accent on full-stack feature development, testable maintainable code, and CI/CD. Location: Sweden, Linköping (primarily on-site at the office in Ebbepark)

What you will do

• Participate in agile ceremonies and everyday teamwork as a dedicated team member
• Design and implement features across the full stack
• Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
• Take part in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
• Support continuous improvement of development practices and bring new ideas to the team

Requirements

• Relevant engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Some professional or academic experience in software development
• Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Rust, TypeScript, Node.js)
• Collaborative mindset and good communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience working in agile or DevOps-oriented teams
• Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in or experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)
• Experience with agentic development tools
