What you will do

• Manage day-to-day technical operations and application support to ensure service continuity.
• Design, plan, and deploy changes to existing systems to drive operational excellence.
• Lead implementation projects from requirements gathering through to launch.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents while maintaining accurate documentation.
• Implement automation and process improvements for system testing and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in technical operations, system administration, or application support.
• Hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud services.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, scripting, and CI/CD pipeline design.

Nice to have

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Kubernetes in cloud or hybrid settings.
• Background in DevOps practices within a regulated or financial services environment.
