What you will do
- Design, configure, and program automation systems (PLC/SCADA/DCS, MES) for pharmaceutical production lines and utilities.
- Develop functional specifications (URS, FS, DS) and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 standards.
- Prepare and execute test protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) while managing deviations and change controls.
- Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) activities and data integrity assessments.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Degree in Automation, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in automation within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA/DCS (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider) or MES systems (e.g., Werum PAS-X).
- Strong understanding of GMP and validation constraints.
- Fluent in English (C1).
- Ability to work in Belgium.
