Salary: $125,000–$145,000 base + short-term incentive plan

What you will do

• Design and deploy hybrid, multi-cloud, and cloud-native architectures for money movement transformation.
• Lead the creation of Solution Architecture, High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) deliverables.
• Define end-to-end application architecture, including microservices, API-first design, and event-driven systems.
• Design data architecture, including logical/physical models, data flows, and persistence strategies.
• Define High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies across application and data layers.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to define automation and CI/CD strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the design and delivery of complex, large-scale IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect providing hands-on leadership for hybrid cloud solutions using AWS and OpenShift.
• Cloud Solution Architect certification (AWS or OCP).
• Proven experience with microservices, containers, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Strong expertise in REST API design, Swagger/OpenAPI, and OAuth-based security.
• Experience leading large programs with globally distributed teams.
