What you will do
- Conduct deep product research to identify compelling USPs and unique mechanisms.
- Write high-converting landing pages, ads, and email campaigns across various eCommerce platforms.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to improve writing speed and efficiency.
- Analyze performance data and execute A/B tests on different messaging angles.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure visuals and copy are aligned.
- Deliver polished, research-backed copy assets optimized for conversion impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce-focused copywriting.
- Strong background in direct response copywriting (e.g., Gary Halbert, Dan Kennedy).
- Proven skills in product positioning and deep research.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper.
- Deep understanding of customer psychology and purchase behavior.
- Native or near-native fluency in persuasive written English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Experience analyzing ad and campaign data for copy optimization.
- Previous experience working in fast-paced freelance or contract environments.
