What you will do

• Collaborate with contracted providers to resolve data issues and improve quality program performance.
• Educate providers and their staff on clinical quality programs, policies, and reporting technologies.
• Analyze trends and translate complex data into actionable improvements for patient satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership to update policies and procedures to optimize program operations.
• Conduct public presentations and training sessions for provider networks.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support daily workflows and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline (Nursing, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Counseling, Social Work, or Health Education).
• 4 years of experience in quality improvement.
• 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 1 year of comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, HEDIS, and CMS Stars programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time within Tennessee.
• Sponsorship is not available for this position.
