What you will do

  • Lead omnichannel reporting strategy across web, social, email, and field force channels.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements for data and analytics teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance using CRM and digital platform data to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement standard KPI frameworks aligned with brand objectives and customer journey stages.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure analytics solutions comply with pharmaceutical data privacy regulations like HIPAA and GDPR.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as an Omnichannel Business Analyst or similar role in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Complete end-to-end understanding of Pharma commercial sales and KPI reporting in Power BI.
  • Proven experience with omnichannel engagement strategies including Veeva, CRM, and digital media.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data modeling tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with executive teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Veeva CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or MPH.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Experience working with enterprise cloud data platforms like AWS, Azure, or BigQuery.
