What you will do

• Drive and shape the test automation strategy across API, UI, system, and integration layers.
• Act as a technical authority for automated testing, guiding design decisions and test architecture.
• Perform Unit, Integration, End-to-End, and Performance testing within an iterative Agile environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategic requirements into actionable user stories.
• Maintain and execute performance scalability and stress testing for cloud-native products.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of accountability and security best practices.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in software development or software testing.
• English: C1 (advanced) required for international client interaction.
• French: A1 (advanced) required.
• Strong proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks like Playwright and cloud-native technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
