Quality Engineering, Senior Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model

Salary: CAD 90,000–105,000 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan

What you will do

• Plan and execute functional, integration, and non-functional testing for Real Time Rail payment systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual testing approaches.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of issues before release.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, review results, and recommend release readiness.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, Security, and Release Management teams on deployment risks.
• Contribute to quality metrics, release reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Testing, or a related role.
• Experience with functional, integration, and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Exposure to test automation tools and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to analyze issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Successful candidates must complete applicable Canadian background and verification checks.
