What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.
• Act as a liaison between departments to provide insights on manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
• Support month-end closing activities and cost-related reporting.
• Manage inventory tracking and ensure cycle count programs comply with corporate standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory audits.
• Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to build detailed models and manipulate large datasets.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
