What you will do

• Ensure the accuracy and validity of designs against relevant brand templates.
• Act as an expert in client brand collateral to support internal stakeholders.
• Coach Design and Artwork teams on the effective use of templates and systems.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external print/repro houses.
• Produce high-quality work in response to client briefs within tight deadlines.
• Act as a point of contact for clients when required and support the Design Team Leader.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Nottingham, UK.
• Substantial experience (5+ years) in creative and production processes within agency or client-side environments.
• 3+ years of specific experience in design development for POS (Point of Sale).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven ability to influence team members and build strong working relationships.
• Understanding of corporate cultures and service-oriented environments.

Nice to have

• Interest in digital design and motion graphics.
• Experience in high-volume retail sector projects.
