What you will do

• Build and manage creative templates using automation platforms like Smartly, Celtra, or Bannerflow.
• Develop systems that generate thousands of ad variations for ecommerce brands.
• Create scalable, performance-focused digital assets using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and motion design tools.
• Work with ecommerce product feeds and Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) to drive campaign performance.
• Streamline workflows and solve technical challenges to improve creative production efficiency.
• Collaborate across design, data, and paid media teams to optimize campaign output.

Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, paid social, or digital production environments.
• Proficiency in building systems and templates for creative automation.
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce product feeds and dynamic creative production.
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and motion design.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-moving agency environment.
