What you will do

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with employer identity guidelines.
• Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides for coherent visual communication across all materials.
• Create engaging visuals for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communication channels.
• Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates, layouts, and production-ready assets.
• Design and support corporate branding materials including merchandise, event booths, and photo zones.
• Analyze creative workflows and propose optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and design output quality.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with AI tools to enhance creative workflows and design efficiency.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
