What you will do
- Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with employer identity guidelines.
- Build and manage scalable design systems and art guides for coherent visual communication across all materials.
- Create engaging visuals for social media, employer branding campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communication channels.
- Ensure correct implementation of design standards across templates, layouts, and production-ready assets.
- Design and support corporate branding materials including merchandise, event booths, and photo zones.
- Analyze creative workflows and propose optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and design output quality.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proven experience creating visuals for social media, presentations, infographics, branding assets, and merchandise design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with AI tools to enhance creative workflows and design efficiency.
- Strong communication and analytical skills to interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
