Senior UX Designer

TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (B2B): Leading end-to-end UX research and product design for a global events and experiences platform with an accent on data-informed decision making and user journey optimization. Focus on building a mature UX culture, conducting complex research programs, and influencing strategic product direction across web and mobile applications.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: £60,000–£65,000

What you will do

• Lead and execute end-to-end UX research programs including interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Balance strategic UX thinking with hands-on delivery across conversion-focused websites and mobile apps.
• Use data and behavioral insights from tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to justify design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve complex user problems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive strategic product improvements.
• Mentor the wider design team and help establish mature UX processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B environment within large-scale global organizations.
• Strong expertise in conducting a broad range of UX research activities and synthesizing findings.
• Proficiency in data-driven design using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and defend UX recommendations.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 2 days per week.
