What you will do

• Serve as functional lead and primary client point of contact for solution design, configuration, and deployment decisions during platform implementations.
• Perform business process analysis, evaluation, and design to align configured solutions with customer operational and strategic goals.
• Create clear, detailed, and consumable design documentation capturing configuration decisions for client and internal delivery teams.
• Support the project technical lead in implementing the customer’s design.
• Deliver tailored product/platform training to client stakeholders to help them adopt and sustain the platform.
• Collaborate across hirify.global Support, Customer Success, and Product to share knowledge and improve implementation collateral.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a consultant or business analyst delivering complex software implementations or business transformation projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a Compliance or IT role supporting business activities in a professional services firm.
• 12+ years of related work experience overall.
• Strong understanding of compliance processes and operational needs of professional services firms (e.g., legal, financial services, accounting/consulting).
• Familiarity with hirify.global Compliance software or comparable compliance platforms (significant advantage).
• Hybrid or remote role requiring strong independent judgment and excellent written and verbal communication.
